Terms of use & privacy
Terms of Use Last updated: [02.04.2026] These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Anyone website, application, and related services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service Anyone provides a software interface that allows users to send and receive digital assets using identifiers such as handles. Anyone does not act as a bank, financial institution, broker, or custodian. The service provides software only. You are responsible for understanding how digital assets work and for complying with applicable laws.
2. Non custodial use You retain control of your assets at all times. Anyone does not hold, store, or control user funds. Transactions are executed through smart contracts or blockchain networks outside of Anyone’s control. Once a transaction is submitted, it cannot be reversed.
3. Eligibility You must be legally permitted to use the service under the laws of your jurisdiction. You may not use the service for illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or sanctions evasion.
4. No warranties The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Anyone makes no warranties regarding availability, reliability, security, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the service is at your own risk.
5. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anyone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of access. Anyone does not guarantee transaction execution, confirmation time, or network performance.
6. Third party networks The service interacts with third party blockchain networks and protocols. Anyone does not control these networks and is not responsible for their operation, failures, or changes.
7. Changes Anyone may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Privacy Policy Last updated: [02.04.2026] Privacy is a core principle of Anyone. This policy explains what information we collect and how it is used.
1. Data minimization Anyone is designed to collect as little personal data as possible. We do not require real names, email addresses, or phone numbers to use the core functionality.
2. Information we may collect We may collect limited technical information necessary to operate the service, such as device type, browser information, or error logs. We may collect handle related metadata required for resolving transactions. We do not sell personal data.
3. Transaction data Blockchain transactions are public by nature. Anyone does not control public blockchain data and cannot delete or modify it. Where possible, the service is designed to reduce unnecessary exposure of transaction history within the product interface.
4. Cookies and analytics We may use basic analytics to understand usage and improve the service. These tools are configured to minimize tracking and avoid profiling where possible.
5. Third party services We may rely on third party infrastructure providers to operate the service. These providers process data only as necessary to deliver the service.
6. Data security We take reasonable measures to protect the information we do collect. However, no system is perfectly secure. Use the service at your own risk.
7. Changes This privacy policy may be updated as the service evolves. Updates will be posted on this page.
